School is out for the summer so it’s the best time to provide care! Correctly submit your timesheets via the new Salesforce Field Service Mobile App this summer to get paid for the care you provide AND be entered into a monthly opportunity drawing during July and August. Five (5) winners will be selected each month (10 total) and winners can choose one (1) of the following prizes: water bottle, bento box, sports ball or picnic blanket.
Let’s make this a “Summer of Care” to remember by assisting our families who might need a little extra care time this season!
Here’s how to enter:
- Once you’ve submitted your timesheet via the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App each month (July & August) click the orange button below and fill out the form to enter. Forms must be filled out:
- July 1-31, 2025, to be entered for the July opportunity drawing
- August 1-31, 2025, to be entered for the August opportunity drawing
- 24 Hour Home Care disability services care providers are eligible to enter each opportunity drawing (2). Five (5) winners each month will be contacted within a week of the month ending
- You must have filled out your Salesforce Field Service timesheet and the form completely and correctly to qualify
- You will be disqualified from the opportunity drawing if you submit timesheets for more hours than the number of hours you are authorized to provide
